In 2002, Rob Virgulto started a training company with friend and former coworker Les Richardson under the name VR Progressive Firearms Instruction.  In 2007, Les and Rob decided to split the company and Rob continued to teach the security related classes ultimately forming PAC-N Certifications, LLC.  For the last 15 years the focus has been to give students realistic training and education backed by a credentialed instructor.

Rob was a police officer in the State of Connecticut for over 20 years.  He retired at the rank of Police Lieutenant with a State of Connecticut agency and is currently working as a police officer in a local town.  He is also an emergency medical technician and holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
